General Description:
The IT Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer will support the Firm’s endpoint and virtual desktop platforms, with a strong focus on cloud‑hosted Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Reporting to the IT Director of Digital Enterprise Experience, this role will partner closely with Endpoint Engineers to implement, operate, and validate standardized endpoint and virtual desktop configurations that deliver a consistent, secure, and high‑performing digital experience.
This role emphasizes execution, quality assurance, and operational discipline across endpoint lifecycle activities, application delivery, and VDI image and session management, contributing to reliable service delivery in a regulated legal services environment.
