Education and/or Experience: Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
Preferred experience working with Ticketmaster ticketing or other ticketing system; as well as office equipment such as copiers, computer/keyboard, telephone, fax, and ticket printers.
Skills and Abilities: Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.
Maintains a positive attitude at all times and supports the company's policies.
Excellent organizational, planning, advanced oral and written communication skills, and inter-personal skills.
Attention to detail and service oriented.
Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks and work independently.
Must be able to speak and understand English.
