Summary
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the 2026 Del Mar Fairgrounds and Thoroughbred Racing Seasons. Responsible for – Daily operations and supervision of employees that prepare and serve food and drinks to customers such as Restaurants, Bars, Concessions, Beer Carts and Banquet halls/Concerts.
Food and Beverage supervisors oversee all of the issues pertaining to a patron's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service.
