Job Description:
As an Arrival Coordinator, you will be responsible for catering to a high volume of guest interactions while delivering world-class service and ensuring a seamless experience for guests arriving and departing at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive first impression, provide personalized service, and help Guests begin their memorable Disney experience.
You will facilitate the guest transition from the front drive with the Valet team and into the lobby to the Front Desk Cast Members.
You will report to the Guest Services Bell & Valet Manager.
This is a Part-Time role.
