Job Summary
Performs supervisory, administrative, and case coordination work supporting youth with identified needs and their families, including youth at risk of or involved in the justice system. Provides oversight of participant case coordination, service planning, staff supervision, community partnerships, and program operations. Leads a coordinated system of assessment, referral, follow-up, advocacy, and supportive services to address participants’ academic, behavioral health, social, family, employment, and developmental needs.
Supervises program staff, advocates and contracted service personnel; assigns and monitors caseloads; reviews case documentation; provides coaching and performance feedback; and ensures staff follow established policies, procedures, and service standards. Coordinates with schools, families, nonprofit organizations, behavioral health providers, workforce agencies, juvenile justice partners, and other community resources to ensure participants receive appropriate and timely services.
