Job Summary
The Learning Management System (LMS) and Effectiveness Analyst is responsible for the management, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Learning Management System. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the LMS meets business needs, enhances user experience, and supports the organization’s training and development goals.
The LMS Analyst is also tasked with generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the system remains up-to-date with industry standards and technological advancements.
