Job Summary - Integrations Manager
This role supports the Integration Management Office by helping advance complex business transactions and enterprise initiatives that require coordinated planning, disciplined execution, and strong cross-functional alignment. In partnership with the Director of Integrations, this position helps translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, supports effective decision-making, and promotes consistent practices that improve execution across current and future initiatives.
It operates with independence, sound judgment, and the ability to connect stakeholders across a matrixed environment.
Essential Functions - Integrations Manager
Provides strategic oversight and project leadership for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and other complex business transactions, including due diligence, integration planning, governance, change management, value realization, and execution across the organization.
