About this unit
7 North West is a 33 bed unit that specializes in bariatric surgery, as well as urological and colorectal surgeries. We also care for patients following reconstructive plastic surgery and many other general surgeries. Additionally, we also take care of medical patients, particularly those with digestive and abdominal disorders. We always strive to provide the highest quality of care in a patient and family centered atmosphere.
Along with our sister unit 7 NE, we are designated as the Bariatric units at Royal Oak Corewell Health and recognized with Bariatric Accreditation by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP).
