Job Summary
T his role will support the Orthopedic and Neuroscience service lines.
Establishes guidelines, structure and procedures for the strategic development, efficiency of clinical service line in partnership with the clinical service line physician leader. Supports strategic planning, marketing, operations, financial management, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance and system integration in areas of responsibility. Consistently demonstrates the development of a culture of continuous process improvement.
Assures that a high quality of service is provided to patients and physicians and that all activities are in accordance with the mission, objectives, and standards of care for Corewell Health East.
Essential Functions
Executes plans for operational structure and staffing. Leads the service line development and operations including standardization of work processes to support our integrated delivery of care model. Provides key input into recommended structure, staffing configuration and provide input into the development of the strategic operating plan.
