About the Unit
ICCB Primary Care clinic is the largest Primary Care office in the medical group, and we see approximately 300 patients a day. The clinic covers family, internal, and pediatric medicine. MAs hired into this space are expected to be competent in both clinical and clerical tasks as well as adult and pediatric immunizations. Our MA schedules are built into blocks to match the provider/business need. Most schedules will include at least one early morning shift and one late night shift.
Our team prioritizes building a culture of trust, teamwork and initiative. We find that our best fit candidates are those who can communicate needs effectively and are not afraid to ask questions in the moment, as well as those who thrive in a team based environment. As we are a large site with many people, it is important to have the ability to take initiative and fill a need or lend a hand whenever possible.
