About the Practice
The Medical Assistant (MA) Scheduler at Corewell Health’s Endoscopy site plays a critical role in supporting the Digestive Health team by coordinating and scheduling endoscopic procedures for physicians. This position serves as a primary point of contact for patients, referring providers, and internal staff, ensuring timely, accurate, and patient-centered scheduling of procedures.
The MA Scheduler is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing telephone calls to schedule procedures such as colonoscopies, EGDs, and other endoscopic services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate scheduling protocols, provider availability, and pre-procedure requirements.
