4 North is a 37-bed med surg unit with a focus on stroke and neurology patients. Nurses joining our team will have the ability to enhance and strengthen their critical thinking, and clinical judgement skills while providing the highest level of nursing care to a wide range of complex disease processes. This experience will allow you to enhance your nursing knowledge and clinical practice while developing your autonomy as a strong, independent, skilled registered nurse.
The leadership team of this unit works hard to emphasize and create a judge-free, learning environment while creating and promoting professional communication and teamwork.
