Psychotherapist - Outpatient Practice - Grand Rapids, MI
Corewell Health's department of Behavioral Health is seeking an LMSW/LPC to join our Psychotherapist team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This multi-disciplinary department is comprised of Psychiatrists, APP’s (PA-C and NP), Psychotherapists, Psychologists and Social Workers, and has a collaborative approach to care. We have offices throughout West Michigan, and offer a hybrid model of on-site visits and virtual.
We are looking for an outpatient psychotherapist to provide services to adult patients, including performing diagnostic examinations of the patient’s psychosocial functioning and adjustments to their medical and/or psychiatric illness, developing treatment plans and goals consistent with the needs of the patient, utilizing evidence based treatment modalities in a manner which meets the standards of the profession and changing needs of the patient, documenting plans, interventions and the patient’s response/involvement according to
