Due to internal progression, We're looking for a Department Manager to join our Bond Street store. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves developing people, and has the commercial mindset to drive performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Department Manager, you'll lead from the front, owning the performance, culture, and day-to-day operations of your area while helping shape the future of Team Gymshark.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Driving sales performance through strong commercial decision-making and a deep understanding of key business metrics.
• Creating an engaging and inspiring store environment through outstanding visual presentation and operational excellence.
• Developing team members through real-time coaching, performance conversations, and career development planning.
• Partnering with store leadership to execute seasonal initiatives, launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and customer engagement.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy, stock flow, replenishment, and stockroom organization remain at a best-in-class standard.
• Supporting scheduling, labor planning, and resource allocation to meet the needs of the business.
• Leading daily team huddles, communications, and operational updates.
• Acting as a key leader on the sales floor and supporting the wider management team to deliver store success.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Experience in a retail leadership role with responsibility for leading teams and driving business results.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire others.

Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable business plans.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance operational, people, and commercial priorities.

A customer-first mindset with experience handling customer concerns and escalations professionally.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Experience managing performance and supporting employee development.

Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment.

Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
