Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company , is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineer to support various ongoing programs within the Scientific and Technical Intelligence Group.
The engineer will:
- Design, development, and integrate mechanical and thermal systems for circuit card mechanical assemblies and supporting technologies
- Conduct analyses of complex problems using first principles
- Contribute to complex engineering projects, working within a multidisciplinary team
- Produce technical documentation of assigned projects
This position involves hands-on work in a laboratory setting with a highly multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with electrical engineers, computer engineers, and technicians to design, build, and test microelectronics solutions and their physical support systems. Responsibilities include mechanical and thermal design and analysis, prototype and low-rate production builds, and failure analysis.
