Scale Operator- 2nd shift Trim Line B Liberty at Shenandoah Valley Organic | LAYIQ

High school diploma preferred.
General mathematical ability required to perform job duties accurately.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to complete paperwork and identify items accurately.
Ability to use basic office and production equipment, including computer, email, copier, fax machine, 10-key calculator, keyboard, and scale.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, associates, department leads, and upper management.
Must be able to work assigned days and shifts, including overtime and some weekends as required.
The selected candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
New team members must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening post-offer and prior to the start of their employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Tra vel
Work is performed on-site in a production environment. The role requires availability to work assigned days and shifts, including overtime and some weekends as required. Team members may be required to stand, walk, operate production and office equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, complete documentation accurately, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced operational setting. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn as required by the work area.
