Summary
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Outside Operations Lead at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas. Reliant is in the fast lane for opportunity and excitement. We are a one-of-a-kind premier facility with four major venues within one giant park. Reliant Center (one million+ sq. ft.
Convention Center), Reliant Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), Reliant Astrodome (“The” Astrodome), and Reliant Arena. This position serves as a frontline operations leader, supporting event execution across the park. Under the direction of Outside Operations Coordinators and Managers, the Outside Operations Lead assists with supervising staff, coordinating event setup and breakdown, and ensuring safe and efficient operations during events.
This role provides hands-on leadership experience and exposure to large-scale events in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within operations. Acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients’ requirements are met and facility rules and policies are adhered to.
