Catering Sales Administrative Assistant

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant for the Moscone Center.  Responsible for providing excellent support services to the Catering Operations Department.  Other responsibilities include ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining organized records, and processing paperwork relative to packers, delivery receipts, tip sheets, etc.  To be successful in this role, you’ll need administrative skills and experience in a

fast-paced office environment.  Ultimately, you will help support our team to ensure events run smoothly.

ESSENTIALL DUTIES:

Process all paperwork necessary to the Operations Department:

• Review BEO distributions with Operations Directors
• Create Packets under Operations Directors supervision
• Organize DRs for Operations Managers
