Must be at least 18 years of age.
Professional culinary training or at least one year of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume fine‑dining or catering environment preferred; strong line experience for à la carte service is a plus.
Ability to interact professionally with co‑workers and support company service standards.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and dining etiquette.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
Ability to lift and transport food and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be available to work events, extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform production tasks requiring constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in a high‑end restaurant or club environment preferred.
Must practice safe work habits, comply with all safety policies and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training, and any job‑specific safety requirements.
