THE ROLE
Under the leadership of the General Manager and the Food & Beverage Director the Concessions Manager will be responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the Concessions operations at the Toledo Complex.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for assisting in operating within budget, managing monthly P&L statements and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate.
Foster a partnership with the Client to deliver on fan experiences for all events.
Create and foster a positive team member experience.
Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to the staff responsible for executing the team business plan.
