The Front Desk Attendant at the Foxboro Sports Center serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about the facility, events, and services offered.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Manage scheduling and reservations for events and facility use.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities and transactions.
• Parking Lot Monitoring: Monitor the parking lot to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
• Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments for public skating events, open hockey sessions, and other activities.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Ensure that all payments are processed correctly and securely.
• Event Participation Monitoring: Verify that all customers attending events have paid the appropriate fees.
• Ensure that all participants have signed the necessary waivers and forms.
• Monitor compliance with facility rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Basic computer skills, ability to adapt to and learn new programs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
