TEGNA IT is a forward-thinking group driving innovation across cloud and on-prem environments. As a Hybrid Cloud Engineer
, you will take a lead role in designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid cloud infrastructure across Nutanix/VMware, AWS, and Azure to support TEGNA’s enterprise applications and business operations. This position focuses on building secure, scalable, and cost-efficient hybrid solutions while guiding modernization initiatives across on-prem and cloud environments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver advanced cloud architectures, automate deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards. In addition to on-prem leadership with Nutanix-based platforms, you will provide expert support for AWS and Azure cloud environments, and mentor team members in adopting best practices for hybrid infrastructure maturity.
