Summary:
Reports to the Glass City Center Operations Team Leader and/or Operations Manager. This position performs a variety of event related setups, service(s) and strike tasks. Some duties will include some facility housekeeping and cleaning tasks as required and directed. This position will also assist and help with projects throughout the building, and in the winter months assist with snow removal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work of this class involves event set up and tear down, under moderate supervision, including all event related equipment.
This position performs and delivers all aspects of show and event service at the highest level to all clients including waste collection and removal, assists with maintaining and cleaning various areas as directed, assist clients with loading and unloading show and exhibit material. Assist in resolving client questions and concerns.
