Job Summary
Under general direction , supervise and direct security at assigned park , completing Incident Reports, Daily Activities Report, and ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organized, clean, professional workspace
- Ensure assigned par k is secure 24/7
- Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
- Responsible for accurate communication between maintenance to ensure all pump rooms, and facilities are intact and operating correctly
- Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitude
- Understanding of parks rules, policies, and procedures, and being able to communicate these to our guests
Document Daily Activities Reports , Incident Reports, PM’s , Inspections, Deliveries, etc .
- D elegate duties to subordinates , daily and weekly
