- POSITION: Ticket Seller
- DEPARTMENT: Box Office
- REPORTS TO: Box Office Manager
- FLSA STATUS: Hourly, non-exempt
- ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to courteously interact with the public face to face.
Open and/or closes ticket window as required
Accurately issue tickets purchased by patrons; accepts payment and makes change accurately.
Accurate accounting for ticket revenue.
Maintain a cash drawer.
Provide information to the public regarding tickets and facility events.
Direct ticketing issues to the Box Office Manager/Director of Finance.
Maintain a professional and polite relationship with co-workers, clients, and the public.
Maintain an organized work area in a professional, neat and clean manner.
Adhere to Box Office policy and procedures.
Assist customers with Will Call tickets for events.
