THE ROLE
We are looking for an Admin i s trative Assistant to join our team Local Eats team. As a local eats admin , you will be coordinating staffing, shifts, and operational coverage for all food and beverage locations within an NFL stadium helping to deliver seamless gameday and event execution. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with s chedul ing employees across all concessions locations while aligning staffing levels with expected attendance, kickoff time, and event type (regular season, playoffs, concerts, etc.)
