The Huntington Bank Field Guest Services Team is seeking enthusiastic individuals for part-time and seasonal Event Team Member positions. Our Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) are essential in creating best-in-class guest experiences—from the moment fans arrive to the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for every guest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greeting and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.

Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.

Understand and enforce all Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.

Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.

Must be attentive to guests' needs, have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.

Report all incidents to Team Leaders.

Thank guests for attending as they leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to consistently present in a friendly, approachable and professional manor including a well-groomed appearance.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions including outdoors
• Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, all full stadium events that include concerts, major special events and all Cleveland Browns home games
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
