We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare, cook, and plate menu items within a designated station of our restaurant kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistent, high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, slicing meats, measuring ingredients, and prepping sauces.
• Cook and plate menu items by grilling, frying, sautéing, or baking according to recipes and senior chef instructions.
• Set up, stock, and clean assigned workstations before, during, and after service.
• Ensure all orders are served at the correct temperature, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
