Growth Marketing Manager at Loopy Cases | LAYIQ

What You’ll Do

Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging channels, managing budgets and optimizing toward profitable new-customer growth, contribution margin, ROAS, and MER targets
Build and manage a continuous testing program across creative hooks, formats, angles, offers, audiences, landing pages, and conversion paths
Identify the biggest constraints to profitable new-customer growth and prioritize tests across media, creative, offers, landing pages, and the customer journey, using results to determine the next highest-impact opportunities
Analyze campaign performance to set priorities, guide decisions, and report results, learnings, and recommendations to marketing leadership
Develop campaign concepts and launch strategies for new products, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, creating briefs that align paid media, organic content, influencer partnerships, photography, and creative assets around shared objectives
Partner with the Creative Manager to identify photography, video, design, and content needs, and with the Influencer Relations Manager to source and leverage UGC, creator content, and influencer partnerships that support acquisition and engagement
Help shape Loopy's social content strategy by identifying relevant themes, trends, and opportunities, and use organic and paid content performance to inform future creative direction
Stay ahead of platform changes, consumer trends, creative best practices, and emerging growth opportunities, proactively bringing ideas to the team

What You Bring

5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated experience driving growth for a DTC or eCommerce brand
Proven track record of scaling paid spend profitably across Meta and TikTok, with hands-on Google Ads experience strongly preferred
Strong command of performance metrics including ROAS, MER, LTV, and conversion rate optimization
Experience developing campaign strategies that connect paid media, creative, influencer marketing, and content efforts into a cohesive customer experience
Demonstrated ability to build and execute structured creative testing programs and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, content, influencer, and leadership teams
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to move comfortably between big-picture planning and hands-on execution
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations, insights, and performance results to leadership
High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward
Strong understanding of marketing measurement and attribution, including the ability to reconcile performance across multiple data sources and identify when incrementality, holdout, geo, or other testing may be needed to validate channel impact
Practical experience using AI and automation to improve the speed and quality of analysis, campaign development, testing, reporting, and marketing workflows while maintaining strong judgment
Proficiency with Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics and attribution tools
