Spencer, WI | $26.05/hour + shift differential
Join the Land O’Lakes Dairy Foods team in Spencer and help create high-quality dairy products that make a difference every day. As a General Laborer , you’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating equipment, supporting production, packaging products, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow direction from Leads and Supervisors.
- Learn and perform General Labor and rated production positions.
