Senior/Staff RBAC Discovery & Solutions Integration Specialist at Micron | LAYIQ

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of professional experience.
Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and IAM platforms/integrations, with SailPoint experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP, Entra ID, Unix LDAP), data platforms (GCP, Snowflake), and governance of structured and unstructured data sources.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex systems, large datasets, ambiguous ownership models, and data-driven reporting using Excel and AI-powered tools.
Self-motivated, diligent, and collaborative professional with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and organizational boundaries.
 Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on RBAC preferred.
Experience with configurable security setups in tools like SharePoint, Tableau, Confluence, PowerBI , or similar platforms is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CIMP, CISM, CISSP or similar are a plus.
