As an MTC Shift Equipment Technician, you will support the Mask Technology Center by monitoring, maintaining , troubleshooting, and enhancing advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with production teams, sustaining groups, engineers, and equipment vendors to improve tool performance, ensure product quality, and promote ongoing improvement.
This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and dedication to safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
