Experience overseeing third-party BIM Coordination for semiconductor, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or data center facilities.
Experience supervising BIM Coordinator or Designer support staff.
Experience with clash detection and model management workflows.
Knowledge of new technologies in the BIM/VDC ecosystem.
Ability to mentor internal teams or collaborate closely with external partners to ensure BIM alignment.
