Position Overview
T he Regional Agronomic Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professional to drive revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships across the region.
This position requires a strong sales leader with a deep understanding of the agronomic and green industry marketplace, the ability to influence and inspire high-performing teams, and a proven track record of delivering results through others. The Regional Agronomic Sales Manager’s the primary focus is leadership, strategic execution, talent development, and business growth.
This position will require frequent travel throughout the assigned region to engage with customers, coach team members, drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with branch leadership. Overnight travel is required. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as business needs require are essential which may add up to approx. 30-50% of the time.
Candidates must reside in Central or South Florida to effectively support the assigned territory, maintain local market presence, and meet travel requirements associated with the role.
Skills We Are Seeking
Bachelor’s degree in business/management, or equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of experience in the green industry, agronomics, civil construction, lawn care, golf course maintenance, or related markets.
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with demosmtrated success leading high-performing teams.
Proven ability to lead through influence, inspire teams, and drive accountability.
Strong strategic planning, business development, coaching, and talent management capabilities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically, prioritize growth opportunities, and translate vision into execution.
Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting, and Microsoft Office.
