Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Recon teams.
This isn't a desk-only management role.
We're looking for a leader who knows residential HVAC from the field up—someone who understands what technicians face every day, can provide technical guidance when needed, knows how to coach performance, and can build a culture where great people want to stay and succeed.
If you've built your career in residential HVAC and progressed into a Service Manager, Field Supervisor, Service Supervisor, Lead Technician, or other HVAC leadership role, this could be your opportunity to take the next step with an established DFW home-services company.
