Our Install Leads have at least 2 years' of retro-fit experience with knowledge in horizontal and vertical split systems, rooftop package units, duct work, basic diagnostics, high/low volt, refrigerant, basic airflow set-up, start-up procedures/requirements, charging, 2-stafe testing (gas or heat pump), etc..
You'll provide top notch customer service and enjoy the process of training new apprentices/helpers.
