CoolToday is currently seeking for Retail Program Manager for our Fort Myers and Naple area to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.
Program Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their assigned locations including the day-to-day success of their staff through training, development, & performance management. Additionally, our managers are responsible for driving partnerships with retail store personnel and management, while building brand and process awareness.
