Under the direction of the Ambulatory Manager, responsible for designated Program activities which includes determining program eligibility, patient enrollment, system maintenance, interface and coordination of Program Team activities to meet the established goals. This includes pre-screening women for enrollment eligibility, working with all patients, particularly with patients with low literacy levels, entering data into the state database system.
Ability to quickly process complex problems, identify key components and develop plan for resolution. Effective interactions with all healthcare team members and the ability to elicit their cooperation required.
