Overview

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Plant Operations, performs a variety of duties in and around the building of the Hospital complex. Installs, repairs and maintains refrigerators, HVAC air conditioning and heating equipment, patient care refrigeration equipment, ice machines and mechanical equipment such as heating and ventilating systems, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment and other building systems.
Performs lubrication , preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to all Hospital mechanical systems and electro -mechanical equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Installs mechanical equipment as directed by supervisor.
