Logistics Associate I

Overview

Performs a wide range of logistic responsibilities across the campus area to meet the needs of the department and support patient care. Responsibilities can include all or some of the following: Transports, delivers, cleans, and/or retrieves a variety of patient equipment, specimens, medical gases, linen, and receiving functions in support of patient care. Utilizes multiple department information systems to track, respond to and maintain records regarding customer requests.

All tasks are performed in accordance with departmental customer service standards, and department Service Level Agreement (SLA), policies and procedures. Responds to department supervisor for employee coverage assignments. Actual work assignments are driven by needs of customers; may be assigned to any of the following tasks on a routine or periodic basis.
