Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), a member of Yale New Haven Health, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist for a unique blended leadership and clinical opportunity as Medical Director, OB/GYN (0.1-0.2 FTE) and OB/GYN Generalist Physician.
This dual-role position offers the opportunity to shape the future of ambulatory women's healthcare across NEMG while maintaining an active and fulfilling clinical practice. As Medical Director, the physician will provide leadership for ambulatory OB/GYN services across the NEMG network, serving as the primary liaison between specialty leadership and employed and affiliated OB/GYN clinicians.
Reporting administratively to the Chief Ambulatory Physician Executive (CAPE) and professionally to the System Chair/Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Medical Director will collaborate with physician, operational, and executive leaders to advance clinical excellence, patient access, provider engagement, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
