Responsibilities
- 1. Resolves drug distribution problems assuring accurate and timely dose delivery to all patients
- 1.1 Responds to telephone requests for medications in appropriate fashion accommodating callers request or routing call to appropriate person
- 2. Interprets Clinical and Pharmacokinetic Lab Data in order to formulate medication monitoring plans
