Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled
Building Services Technician to help ensure our community building, systems, and grounds are safe, functional, and beautifully maintained. From preventative maintenance to timely repairs, your work will directly support a welcoming and secure environment for all who live and work here.
Weekends and holiday availability required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
Maintain the overall appearance of the property by painting common areas and apartments at turnover and as needed.
Assist with maintenance of fire, life safety systems and equipment; respond to emergencies according to Mather policies and procedures.
