FloSports is creating the home for college conferences/leagues and sports like grappling, hockey, track & field, racing, cheer, wrestling, and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!
THE ROLE:
FloSports is looking for a Social Media Designer to help elevate how our sports, athletes, events, and stories show up across social and digital platforms.
This role sits within the Creative team and works as a dedicated partner to the Content organization. Creative will provide brand direction, design standards, mentorship, and the overall visual vision, while the Content team will manage day-to-day priorities and workload.
This isn’t just a production design role. We’re looking for someone who understands social media, sports culture, and what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll create daily social assets, develop repeatable tools and templates for content teams, and help evolve how the FloSports brand comes to life across our different sports.
