Work Flexibility: Onsite
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
What You Will Do:
- Own the operation, maintenance, and audit readiness of assigned laboratory areas, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safe laboratory practices.
- Serve as the primary asset owner for assigned lab equipment, overseeing maintenance, repairs, calibration, and contributing to equipment acquisition and retirement decision
- Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and technical training to junior technicians, modeling best practices and safety-first behaviors.
- Lead the fabrication, qualification, verification, and validation (V&V) of complex test fixtures, providing expertise on components and construction processes.
