The position is primarily responsible for the care, maintenance and renovation of landscaped areas throughout the park. It also assists with the opening and closing of graves and the maintenance of the graves and mausoleums on occasion as needed per established company policies and practices.
Essential Job Functions: Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Provide care, maintenance, and renovation of landscaped areas throughout the park by using proper procedures, handheld gardening tools, power tools, and equipment to maintain Rose Hills’ property in an attractive manner at all times
Possess a basic knowledge of plant identification and continually strive to enhance that knowledge to include trees, shrubs, flowers, ground cover and invasive plants (i.e. weeds, thistle, etc.)
