Coordinates all operations and maintenance of cemetery grounds, ensuring the respectful and efficient management of burial services. Coordinates staff, maintains records, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service to families.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate cemetery maintenance staffing schedules market-wide by leveraging resources and equipment
- Work closely with location management team to include, Interment scheduling, Overall maintenance, Location land care, Remediation and turf management optimization
- Manage cemetery equipment fixed asset repair and maintenance schedule and Special projects
- Work closely with Cemetery admin on month-end close processes
