SUMMARY :
*Must sit onsite at Monett, MO facility*
This position is responsible for conducting new Team Member orientation, ensuring comprehensive understanding of Tyson policies and procedures.
This role involves:
- Facilitating various learning courses, including: Code of Conduct Training Animal Well-Being Training Lockout/Tagout Training Forklift Training Support
- Supporting the delivery of leadership development programs and skills training for plant Team Members
- Providing support for the Upward Academy initiative
