Position Purpose:
The Technical Compliance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the compliance of regulatory and legal to sell requirements for private branded or imported products and is a business partner to the engineering team managing and supporting private brands compliance projects. They will keep track of new and updated regulations that may affect Private Brand product categories and monitor projects to ensure products sold meet these regulations.
They will work with 3rd party test laboratories to write, review and update protocols to ensure safety and regulatory requirements are met through the onboarding process. The Engineer will work to align cross functional teams for new and existing processes across business units.
