As a Manufacturing Development Engineering (MDE) Shift Engineer in Photolithography , you will play a critical role in enabling 24/7 process development for next-generation DRAM technologies. Operating on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule , you will be the primary engineering decision-maker for off-hours development activities, ensuring uninterrupted execution of process development experiments and technology learning.
Unlike traditional manufacturing shift engineering roles, this position operates in a highly dynamic development environment where process conditions, specifications, and experimental flows regularly evolve. You will apply sound engineering judgment to disposition development wafers, address process and equipment challenges, and balance development objectives with execution needs.
